- Unlike brands where you cannot confirm the irradiance, we measure the irradiance of our red light device with our sensor personally. Knowing the irradiance is important because you can then calculate your dosing time for optimal results. Generally we try to aim for around 3 J/cm² due to the biphasic dose response for red light.
Pictures below showing the irradiance of our red light panel at 6 and 10 inches away in W/m². 1 W/m² = 0.1 mW/cm². We recommend 50 seconds at 6 inches and 1 minute at 10 inches every 3 days. Less is more when it comes to red light.
